Chicken, purple and orange carrots, and onions roasted with lemon and za’atar, served on a bed of parsley-flecked freekeh. Tonight’s dinner, or at least the start of it, is in the red pot.
The onions got a little hammered, but overall, this was a hit.
Yum!! What a delicious way to end the weekend.
Chicken and lemon together just makes me happy.
