    In addition to admiring your blog for some time now, I must also say that in this particular weekend round-up I also am really enamored with the sheer diversity of beautiful culinary arts you seem to have down pat! Canning, ribs (always a beast for me, a longer post on your technique would be much appreciated!), skillet potato gratin, lovely farmer’s market munchies, cocktails, a lovely early evening snack of cheese, nuts & prosecco with seasonal pears… Cheers to you!
