    Sunday dinner looks delish….seems it was worth braving the downpour at Saturday’s market for the brussel sprouts….

  2. Coincidentally, I also had tomatillos over the weekend. One was chicken enchiladas with salsa verde sauce and the other was a pasta dish with a tomatillo pesto type sauce. It was my first time cooking with them and meals turned out great!
