The Fall issue of Edible Rhody is out this week, and while I always look forward to new issues, I’m particularly excited about this one, as it contains the debut of my husband Michael Dietsch‘s new cocktail column. Cheers, sweetie.

Today also brings the official launch of food52“part online recipe forum, part cooking contest, and part ‘crowdsourced cookbook'”. I was delighted to be asked to participate while it was in the beta stage, and I think you’ll find a lot to like about the project, too. My recipe for the mac & cheese you see above is posted here.
