  2. Pork shoulder…that sounds like an excellent plan later on this week.

    I’ve never panfried provolone before. Do you just buy a big block and cut it up yourself or stack a bunch of slices then fry it?

    Sean – I’ve actually done it both ways – fried pre-sliced provolone or sliced it up myself. It fries up better if you have a thick slice, but it’s tasty either way!
