Mike and I were absolutely delighted to be guests at Farm Fresh Rhode Island‘s 2009 Local Food Fest at Castle Hill on Tuesday. We took many, MANY photos, chatted with friends old and new, and of course, savored some amazing locally produced food and drink. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day:
Many thanks to Noah, Sheri, Jen, Christie, Hannah, and everyone else involved in putting together this amazing day. We can’t wait for next year.

One word: Jealous!!
Enjoyed the event very much will do it again next year. Still waiting for someone to get intouch with us with the certificate for over night stay and dinner at the Castle Hill Inn that we paid 675.00 for. No one new where it went to said they would sent it.
Thanks

Looks amazing – great shots. And what a location!
That looks like it would have been a really good experience – I can’t believe how big those egg yolks are! Delicious!
Bellisima! A truly gorgeous photo essay.
Your lovely photos share this treat of a day very well. Do I spy kale soup?
Thanks, everyone!
Jennifer – You are correct, it’s a “mini” Portuguese stew, with kale, potatoes, sausage and littleneck clams. Absolutely delicious. 🙂
