  1. The bread salad is sooo worth it, though. Even if you don’t follow every step to the letter, you still end up with a fantastic dinner. Beautiful food and photos!

    Amy – We have had a real hard time finding duck around here, so we finally did, and Mike made a TON of confit. The ultimate convenience food. 🙂

    Sarah – Seriously, the bread salad is the star of that preparation. We don’t actually use the Zuni method for the chicken, but the bread salad is a keeper. (and thanks!)
