I want to get a few meals out of that big hunk of shoulder, so I braised it yesterday, cut a chunk of it off for our carnitas, and the rest will make its way into other dinners in the weeks ahead. More details to come!
What greens are under that roast chicken?
Hi Justin – it’s a mix of spinach from Simmons Farm, and the greens from the watermelon radishes I used in our salad (Ledge Ends).
Um, we’ll be right over! And Vietti is one of our faves. Friends of ours know the owners. Such lovely, light, playful wines.
