    Hi Karen – it turned out really great. I’m actually eating leftovers from last night for lunch right now!

    I want to get a few meals out of that big hunk of shoulder, so I braised it yesterday, cut a chunk of it off for our carnitas, and the rest will make its way into other dinners in the weeks ahead. More details to come!

    Hi Justin – it’s a mix of spinach from Simmons Farm, and the greens from the watermelon radishes I used in our salad (Ledge Ends).
