Mr. Cutlets

Dinner: February 17, 2009

Mike made Elise’s pork schnitzel, which was, in a word, fabulous. The sauce is every bit as delicious as advertised. Do try this at home, sooner rather than later.

I’ve been holding that recipe as unread in my google reader since it was published. I’ll make it this weekend!

  2. Mmm that does look wonderful, and I’ve got all this extra dill to use up from a couple weeks ago.

Panko break crumbs are the key as well. So light and crisp. Closest I’ve found in a pinch would be bagel chips.

What a coincidence– I was looking for a recipe for some thin-cut pork chops when I stumbled across this blog. I made these for dinner tonight and they were delicious! I didn’t have any dill so I made a paprika cream sauce instead. Thanks for the recipe.
