  1. looks delicious! You opened two bottles of red wine? I opened two bottles of white wine in last weekend. How was the Cabernet Franc? I like this variety ripen.

    Yes! We had the Spencer Roloson with our grilled steaks on Friday night, and the Peconic Bay Cabernet Franc on Saturday with grilled rack of lamb. Both wines were delicious – but we really loved the Cabernet Franc.
